Rahul is a highly reputed educator and facilitator in the Gulf region, known for his expertise in designing and delivering senior leadership programs over the ast 25 years.

He is also a sought-after coach for senior executives, providing insightful and impactful guidance to help his clients achieve their personal and professional goals. With his extensive global experience and commitment to excellence, Rahul is a trusted advisor and resource for ambitioous organisations looking to develop the skills and capabilities of their top talent.

As Regional Director for Executive Education Middle East for London Business School (until 2015) based in the UAE, he successfully led extremely complex relationships and Leadership Development Programmes underpinned by Coaching with prominent GCC based institutions including government, financial services and natural resources sectors, among others. Rahul has worked very closely with ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company), BATELCO (Bahrain Telecom), GiB (Gulf International Bank, Bahrain, KSA), Oman Oil (Takatuf), Mashreq Bank (UAE), ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, KSA), Kuwait Petroleum National Leadership Institute (Kuwait), Faurecia/Forvia (France), British Council (South Asia) among many others.

Rahul is retained as a consultant for a government entity in Kuwait that focuses on Leadership Development for the country given his unique knowledge of the region. Recently he was appointed as a Board Member and Advisor to a new City of London based think-tank, Continuum Advisory Group (uniquely bringing government decision and  policy makers together with finance and international technology experts in Sustainability). In addition, he is also on the advisory team for ambitious technology start-ups focusing on tackling climate change globally.

Prior to LBS, Rahul was a Senior Consultant with StratX ExL headquartered in Paris. His expertise there included design and facilitation of high-impact executive learning and development programmes focusing on Customer Centricity and Strategy Execution with iconic companies including BMW, Rolls-Royce (Aerospace/Engines), GE (General Electric), Cisco, GME (General Motors Europe), GM (Middle East), Novartis, etc. on every continent in addition to supporting delivery of Services Marketing Executive Programmes at INSEAD.

His passion for large scale culture change and people development led him to work on pioneering Diversity, Equity and Inclusion work with the Household Division of the British Army and government sector which continues today, 20 years later. In addition, Rahul project managed large EU TACIS (Technical Aid to the CIS) projects in Siberia & Urals (Russia) during the early days of the Iron Curtain coming down.
